About Us
Driggers Commercial Group is a multi-disciplined commercial real estate services firm. We offer appraisal, sales and leasing, and market/feasibility study services. We have a staff of seven experienced consultants, with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Brunswick, Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our geographic coverage is Georgia and the immediately surrounding states of Florida, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee.
In 2007 we performed 173 appraisals: 136 in Georgia, 10 in Florida, 6 in South Carolina, 13 in Alabama, 2 in North Carolina, 3 in Tennessee, and 3 in New York. During 2006 and 2007, we leased and/or sold more than two million square feet of space in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Robert Driggers, MAI, our president, was appointed to the 2007 Atlanta Commercial Board's Million Dollar Club, based on his more than $20 million in sales and leasing transaction volume for 2006.
